QuerySure is an AI-powered CRM and operations platform designed for insurance agents. We provide software tools for document handling, policy data extraction, chatbot assistance, and workflow management.

QuerySure does not act as an insurance intermediary

QuerySure does not provide insurance advice

QuerySure is a technology platform only.

2. Eligibility

To use QuerySure, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be authorized to act on behalf of your organization

• Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes

We do not verify IRDAI licenses or regulatory status. Responsibility lies entirely with the user.

3. Accounts & Organization Access

Accounts are created on a per-organization basis.

An organization may have multiple users.

The organization admin is responsible for all activities performed by its users.

You must keep login credentials confidential.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Platform Usage

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized documents

• Use the Platform for fraudulent activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the system

• Interfere with platform security or performance

5. Documents & Uploaded Data

Users may upload:

• Policy PDFs

• KYC documents

• Other insurance-related documents

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the authenticity and legality of uploaded documents

• QuerySure does not verify uploaded data

• Any consequences arising from incorrect or fraudulent documents are the user’s responsibility

6. Data Ownership & Processing

All uploaded data belongs to the user.

QuerySure acts only as a data processor.

Data is stored on QuerySure servers unless you are on a self-hosted plan.

Data Retention

Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days.

After 30 days, data is permanently deleted unless legally required.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

QuerySure uses AI for:

• Policy data extraction

• Chatbot-based assistance

AI outputs are assistive only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

You agree that:

• All AI-generated data must be reviewed and verified

• Final responsibility lies with the user

• QuerySure has no liability for errors, omissions, or decisions made using AI outputs

8. No Professional or Regulatory Responsibility

QuerySure is not responsible for:

• Regulatory compliance (IRDAI, GST, insurer rules, etc.)

• Missed renewals

• Incorrect premiums or policy details

• Commission or payout discrepancies

• Business losses of any kind

Users are fully responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Pricing, Payments & Trials

Subscription plans may be monthly or yearly.

Setup fees may apply.

A 1-day trial may be offered.

Payments

Accepted via Cashfree Payment Links or IMPS.

No refunds under any circumstances.

Pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

10. Availability & Maintenance

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

While we aim for high uptime, no uptime guarantee is provided.

Scheduled updates may occur weekly.

Emergency updates may be deployed at night without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

QuerySure shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, commissions, or business

• Data inaccuracies

• AI-related errors

• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated

• The Platform is misused

• Required by law

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

13. Marketing & Communication

By using QuerySure, you agree that:

• We may use your logo or name as a client reference

• We may send operational emails, product updates, and feature announcements

You may opt out of non-essential communications.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
